Bachelor’s level credit is earned for a course only when the student is issued a grade of “C” (2.000) or better. All grades from Walsh College bachelor’s level coursework will be used to compute the student’s bachelor’s level cumulative grade point average, except for those grades that have been replaced under the Course Repeat Policy. Grades replaced under this policy will be excluded from the cumulative grade point average. Bachelor’s level students may enroll in approved master’s level (500 or 600 level) courses for up to 12-15 semester credit hours, depending on the master’s program. All master’s level courses taken and grades received under this status will be reflected on the student’s bachelor’s level transcript and will be used in computing the student’s cumulative grade point average for purposes of graduation.
Students are responsible for paying master’s level tuition and course fees.
Please note that students cannot switch from the bachelor’s level version of a course to the master’s level version of the course after the add/drop period ends in any given semester.
A bachelor’s level student who wishes to take a master’s level course to fulfill their bachelor’s degree requirements should contact their academic advisor to determine if the course may be applied as advanced standing to any Walsh College master’s degree program.
