INTEGRATED LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
This capstone course serves as the culminating experience of the Master of Management program, enabling students to synthesize and apply their learning across key domains of modern organizational leadership. Students will complete a substantial applied project that addresses a real-world challenge within their organization or professional context. The project requires strategic insight, ethical reasoning, technological fluency, and people-centered leadership. Drawing on prior coursework in design thinking, change leadership, workforce resilience, and strategic communication, students will develop, present, and defend a forward-looking solution that creates measurable value for stakeholders. The course also includes structured reflection to help students consolidate their leadership identity and articulate a plan for continued growth.
