MGT 603 STRATEGIC THINKING & ETHICAL DECISION MAKING

This course explores the cognitive, ethical, and organizational dynamics of strategic decision-making in complex environment.  Students will examine how leaders identify challenges, diagnose solutions, select courses of action, and implement decisions in alignment with organizational values.  Emphasis is placed on the integration of ethical reasoning frameworks, evidence-based practices, and the strategic use of information in high-stakes settings.  Students will also evaluate the ethical implications of leadership choices, the role of cognitive bias, and best practices for stakeholder engagement and inclusive decision-making.
