ADVANCED LOGISTICS AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT
Focusing on the logistics and transportation aspects of supply chains, this course examines the strategies and technologies used to move goods efficiently and effectively. Topics include transportation modes, logistics network design, third-party logistics (3PL) services, and the impact of emerging technologies on logistics operations. Through case studies, simulations, and industry analysis, students will develop competencies in logistics decision-making and transportation management.
