MGT 453 ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

This course explores the leadership of modern organizations. Students assess historical and contemporary theories of leadership, and the relationships between the leaders and followers within an organization. Students also discuss the effectiveness of various leadership styles, as well as a leader146s impact on organizational structure; culture; decision-making processes; communications; and goal attainment.
