IT 554 AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This course will provide insights, guidance and best practices on the art and science of agile project management. It will examine the basic principles and mindset behind managing agile projects. Agile has revolutionized the way teams approach software development and project management, but with dozens of agile approaches to choose from, the decision to "go agile" can be tricky. This course helps sort it all out by - defining the various agile approaches, tools and techniques, as well as focusing on changing the team's mindset and "think agile".
