BL 302 BUSINESS LAW II

This course is a study of legal rights and the resolution of legal disputes. Students study international and space law, agency relationships, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, negotiable instruments, banking, secured transactions, creditor’s rights, bankruptcy, legal issues arising in employment, investor protection, antitrust, consumer and environmental law, real property law, the legal liability of accountants and the basics of insurance, wills and trust.
