The Master of Business Administration (MBA) will enhance a student’s ability to incorporate evidence-based decision-making and systematic approaches to solve complex problems. Students will utilize a variety of business-based frameworks to decisions in today’s fast-paced, business environment. The use of proven business practitioners and leaders to teach Walsh MBA classes helps to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world practices.
The MBA prepares graduates for positions in mid- to upper-level management by providing a broad, general education in major areas of business study. With an emphasis on professional communication, the MBA program encompasses the study of accounting, finance, management, information technology, economics, strategy, and related disciplines.
The MBA program consists of 12-13 classes for 36-39 credits. The MBA degree requires a minimum of 24 semester credit hours in residence at Walsh.
Online Course Orientation The free and no credit Moodle orientation (MDL*001*R1) is mandatory for all students. MDL*001*R1 must be taken prior to the start of the first course.

Walsh Fast Track allows Master of Business Administration students the ability to complete a maximum of four doctoral-level courses as part of their master's degree requirements. Doctoral level courses successfully completed with a grade of “B” (3.000) or higher will be considered for advanced standing credit in the Doctor of Business Administration degree. A student must be in good standing to pursue the Fast Track program. Completion of doctoral level courses does not guarantee admission to doctoral level programs.
