BL 556 BUSINESS LAW

This course is a comprehensive overview of the legal environment of business. Students learn the basics of American and international law. Topics include constitutional and administrative law;
contracts; commercial transactions; employment law and other governmental regulations; environmental protection; and property. Students will also discuss the formation of business organizations
for conducting both domestic and international business.
