Bachelor's Degree Admission Requirements

To be considered for admission to Walsh College bachelor’s degrees, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. A cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale from admission criteria of credits completed and/or degree.
  2. Admission Requirements for the Bachelor of Accountancy, Bachelor of Business Administration, and Bachelor of Science in Information Technology require completion of a minimum of 36 semester credit hours of college-level (100/1000) coursework or an associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) (www.chea.org) and U.S. Department of Education (USDE). Coursework completed outside of the United States must be evaluated by an agency that is a member of NACES (www.naces.org). Applicants who have completed less than 36 semester credit hours may still be considered for admissions, pending approval of Dean or designee.
  3. Admission Requirements for the Bachelor of Science in Applied Management require completion of an associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by a regional accrediting organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) (www.chea.org) and U.S. Department of Education (USDE) OR three years of undergraduate study (U.S. or U.S. equivalency of three years of undergraduate study). Coursework completed outside of the United States must be evaluated by an agency that is a member of NACES (www.naces.org). 
  4. Applicants whose education was completed outside of the United States must demonstrate proof of English Language Proficiency as outlined in the catalog and on the Walsh College website.
